Tom is the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Process Improvement at Li-Cycle.
Tom brings over 30 years of experience in the mining and metals sector with extensive experience leading teams across strategy, transformation, commercial, project, and technical roles. At Li-Cycle, Tom is responsible for the company’s strategy decision support, IT function, integrated business planning, and building efficient workflows and process improvements that support the company’s growth and strengthen connectivity between its commercial, operations, and finance teams.
Prior to joining Li-Cycle, Tom was the Head of Strategy and Transformation at Vale Base Metals, and before that, held increasingly senior roles at Rio Tinto in Australia, Canada and Africa.
Tom holds Bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Science from the University of Sydney.
