Peridot Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: PDAC) (“Peridot”) was a publicly-listed special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. In February 2021, Peridot entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Li-Cycle. In [June] 2021, the parties completed the business combination.
